FILTHY RAT
Filthy rat,
Alone in his feces-encrusted cage,
Kook E. KuKlux moans low throughout the suffocating night,
Longing for release from the tight quarters of his metallic pen,
So he might swat at the children he hears playing on the other side of the wall,
And wreak vengeance with a gnarled claw.
